We are seeking a Supply Chain Systems & IT Manager to lead our IT & Systems Department across North America. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operation of our systems, implementing innovative solutions, and supporting client-facing technologies.

Your profile

• Bacherlor's degree or relevant certification required
• 5+ years of experience in logistics and IT project management
• Proven expertise in systems design, implementation, and integrations
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding processes and IT operations
• Experience with CargoWise One, Gravity Supply Chain software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally on short notice

Your Duties

• Manage and develop the IT & Systems team, ensuring high performance and positive employee relations
• Lead implementation of global IT initiatives and oversee system integrations
• Serve as the main point of contact for client-facing systems (CargoWise One, SAP, Office 365,etc.)
• Design and implement reporting tools and dashboards for internal teams and customers
• Manage relationships with external IT service providers and oversee equipment procurement
• Research and recommend new digital solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience
• Support logistics and sales teams with technical solutions and process improvements
