Your profile
- You have the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Proven experience in office management and administrative roles
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite (Word, Outlook etc)
- Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills
- Experience in marketing coordination or event planning is a plus
- Familiarity with building operations or facilities management
- Experience with project management tools or CRM platforms
Your Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, repairs, suplies, vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company policies
- Serve as the go-to-contact for internal and external office-related matters
- Coordinate the ordering, inventory, and distribution of marketing materials across North American offices
- Track shipments, manage marketing stock levels and maintain accurate records using excel
- Oversee office maintenance, safety and cleanliness
- Manage building-related budgets and maintenance schedules,
