Your profile
- 5+ years supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing complex calendars, travel, events, and executive communications.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
Your Duties
- Manage executive calendars, travel, meetings, and communications.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, presentations, reports, and follow-up actions.
- Plan and execute executive events, customer meetings, and company functions.
- Support strategic projects, legal documentation, and confidential business matters.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to ensure priorities are executied effectively.
