This position is responsible for coordinating air and ocean import shipments to ensure timely delivery in accordance with customer requirements. The role supports service excellence through proactive communication and collaboration with customers, shippers, vendors, overseas agents, and global partners.

Your profile

  • High School Gratuate. Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs 
  • Preferred 4-7 years of industry related experience
  • Strong customer service background
  • Highly motivated and results driven
  • Outstanding commuication and customer service skills
  • Work well under pressure and abilty to multitask
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Abilty to work well independently and in a team environment

Your Duties

  • Manage air and ocean import shipments from arrival through final delivery while ensuring compliance with company procedures, customs regulations, and customer requirements
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, carriers, customs authorities, and service providers regarding shipment activitity and issue resolution
  • Oversee shipment documentation, customs filings, cargo availability, and delivery timelines to prevent delays and additional costs
  • Coordinate service providers and resolve operational, customs, documentation and transportaion issues independently
  • Prepare and verify invoices, payment requests, and accounts payable/receivable documention, while resolving billing and accounting-related discrepancies
  • Ensure timely communication, accurate recordkeeping, and adhereance to all regulatory and company requirements
  • Patricipate in weekend coverage rotations 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager
