Your Duties
- Manage air and ocean import shipments from arrival through final delivery while ensuring compliance with company procedures, customs regulations, and customer requirements
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, carriers, customs authorities, and service providers regarding shipment activitity and issue resolution
- Oversee shipment documentation, customs filings, cargo availability, and delivery timelines to prevent delays and additional costs
- Coordinate service providers and resolve operational, customs, documentation and transportaion issues independently
- Prepare and verify invoices, payment requests, and accounts payable/receivable documention, while resolving billing and accounting-related discrepancies
- Ensure timely communication, accurate recordkeeping, and adhereance to all regulatory and company requirements
- Patricipate in weekend coverage rotations
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
