• Supporting smooth and optimal Logistics process flow
• Development and optimization of logistics processes
• Administrative functions (control of daily operations related to client’s order processing)
• Working to constantly improve customer service quality
• Contribute to full logistics process to constantly improve service of the department and to benefit the company.
• Release of customer orders in line with the customers SLA's
• Confirm delivery of goods and services and receipting orders in a timely fashion.
• Monitor outstanding orders.
• Organizing and coordination of day-to-day business in logistics warehouse 
• Monitoring logistics operations
• Constant contact and liaison with existing customers
• Entering data in computerized system
• Inventory management
• Updating databases in logistics system
• Generation of reporting and KPI tool for controlling
• Researching logistics issues to identify potential problems and preemptively address them
• Staying up to date on the latest innovations in logistics and what competitors are implementing
• Addressing routine and unexpected disruptions in the supply chain to keep products moving
