Duties

  • Being the interface for foreign freight forwarding partners and international hubs 
  • Planning and coordinating transport orders
  • Managing the handling of our groupage freight import consignments
  • Ensuring trucks are optimally loaded, purchasing storage space and offering our customers top-quality services
  • Negotiating prices and rates with carriers and customers
  • Daily coordination with “status” team
  • Daily update of shipments in CIEL 
  • Monitoring of overdue invoices for import customers 
  • Controlling  & Reporting to management on permanent basis (daily, weekly, monthly) 
  • Continuous development of the services, searching for new markets, clients, suppliers
