• Being the interface for foreign freight forwarding partners and international hubs
• Planning and coordinating transport orders
• Managing the handling of our groupage freight export consignments
• Ensuring trucks are optimally loaded, purchasing storage space, and offering our customers top-quality services
• Negotiating prices and rates with carriers and customers
• Daily coordination with the status team
• Daily update of shipments in CIEL
• Monitoring of overdue invoices for export customers
• Controlling and Reporting to management on a permanent basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Continuous development of the services, searching for new markets, clients, suppliers
