Duties

• Daily planning and organization of Overland Transport activities
• Daily coordination with hubs regarding Import transport activities
• Responsibility for organizing Import/Export shipments ex EU, TR or any other destinations
• Daily coordination with customs and domestic department regarding Import shipment arrivals, door deliveries, etc
• Daily update of shipments in CIEL (Responsible for domestic Services)
• Coordination with Invoicing division
• Preparation of arrival notifications for shipments
• Monitoring of overdue invoices for customers
• Monitoring delivery / self-pick up process, collecting necessary documentation, creating insurance declaration.
• Preparation of rate offers for customer
• Monitoring of supplier invoices and respective handling to invoicing division.
• Continuous development of the services, searching for new markets, clients, suppliers
