Duties

• Organizing groupage freight import consignments
• Being regularly in touch with our customers
• Organizing, coordinating, and providing information on a regular basis both internally and externally
• Communicating with customs and domestic department regarding Import shipment arrivals, door deliveries, etc
• Daily update of shipments in TMS (Responsible for domestic Services)
• Preparation of arrival notifications for import shipments and notifying the customers
• Monitoring delivery / self-pick-up process, collecting necessary documentation
• Providing invoicing department with the relevant information
• Controlling & Reporting on permanent basis (daily, weekly, monthly
