Know-how that I bring along

• Ensure compliance with national and customs legislation while conducting all customs procedure
• Prepare and manage the full set of documentation required for customs clearance and operations
• Record and execute logistics and customs-related processes within the electronic system (1C ERP)
• Perform customs and licensing procedures via the Revenue Service portal (RS.GE)
• Generate and print customs declarations using the ASYCUDA system
• Verify the accuracy of import/export documentation and maintain proper records in line with regulatory requirements
• Execute customs procedures related to import, export, warehousing, and re-export activities
• Monitor shipments subject to licensing or special permit requirements
• Maintain effective communication with internal operational departments to gather necessary information
• Liaise with clients to ensure the completeness and accuracy of submitted documentation
• Prepare and submit reports related to customs operations and compliance

•  You have completed a  Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Logistics, or other related fields, ideally you have gathered some experience in similar positions or in the field of freight forwarding, you are fluent in Georgian and can communicate in English, you are able to use different information and communication tools, and you eager to make yourself familiar with new ones
