Air and Sea Export Operations Lead

Subtitle
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Air and Sea Export Operations Lead to oversee daily export operations while serving as the operational leader for our Air & Sea Export team.
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of freight forwarding or international logistics experience
- Experience using CargoWise, SAP, Micorsoft Excel, and related logistics systems
- Prior experience as a Lead, Trainer, Mentor or Senior Operations team member
- Knowledge of U.S export compliance regulations and industry practices
- Proven ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple priorities
Your Duties
- Lead and support the daily operations of the Air & Sea Export team
- Coordinate workloads and shipment assignments to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Ensure compliance with U.S Customs regulations and all applicable government requirements
- Maintain complete and accurate export files within company systems
- Serve as the senior escalation point for customer, vendors, overseas agents, and team members
- Ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion
- Strong commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement
