We are seeking an experienced Airfreight Operator to join our team at GW Montreal. This role is ideal for motivated logitics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident handling both air import and export operations independently.

Your profile

• Minimum 3 years of operational experience in air freight forwarding
• Strong working knowledge of both imports and exports
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, high-energy environment
• Excellent bilingual communication skills (English & French required)
• Experience with CargoWise One and Microsoft Office is a strong asset
• Dangerous Goods (DG) certification and/or CIFFA certification an asset

Your Duties

• Coordinate and manage air import and export shipments from origin to final delivery
• Process air freight documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, airlines, and overseas agents
• Track, trace, and monitor shipments to ensure on-time performance
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures
• Negotiate rates and select the most efficient and cost effective routing solutions
• Maintain shipment data, financial accuracy and quality standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service while managing multiple priorities
